MRF Order Creation - Edit Menu Options

When you are processing an MRF order or quote, you can use the options under the EDIT menu to perform various tasks such as editing the order header and choosing between editing items and text.

1. Create a new MRF order or quote, or recall an existing one.

Refer to "Creating a New MRF Order or Quote" or "Recalling an MRF Order or Quote".

Micronet displays the MRF Order Creation screen.

2. Optionally, you can perform any of the following edits or actions on the MRF Order Creation screen if required:

• edit the order header – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Header"
• display the accumulated order total – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Total"
• copy a quote to the customer special price file – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Copy Quote to Special Price"
• display or enter the order's weight and volume for calculating freight costs – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Weight\Volume"
• choose to manage either items or text for the order – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Item / Text"
• select the order in which items on the invoice appear when displayed or printed – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Sort"
• choose a different price break for the order – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Set Selected Price"
• enter an alternative selling price for an invoice – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Reprice Invoice"
• set Micronet to check for duplicate items – see "MRF Order Creation - Edit - Check Duplicate Item"
